Location:

Oakland, CA and requires to travel to employer’s office in Scottsdale, AZ as needed

What will I be doing?

Develop applications and systems for thredUP’s distribution center systems in Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Rabbit MQ, and NodeJS. Work with web engineering team to design, document, and implement Application Program Interfacts (API) to facilitate communication across different applications. Review & optimize core applications based on performance.

Wage Range: $190,000.00 - $220,000.00/year

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related and six (6) months of experience as web developer/engineer or related.

Must have experience with upgrading the functionalities of user interface utilizing Node.JS, Firebase, Stripe, C++ and React; designing/developing website using JavaScript, Java Swing GUI, UNIX operating system, HTML, WebSocket and CSS; and applying SOLID and algorithms principles and PHP web framework to build API.
